Role Overview
We are looking for a data-driven and versatile Digital Marketing Assistant to own and execute our full-funnel paid media strategy across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and the Google ecosystem (Search, Shopping, PMax, YouTube).
You will be responsible for driving high-intent customer acquisition, maximizing revenue, and ensuring a robust Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) for our D2C business. This role requires a hybrid performer who is equally comfortable optimizing a TikTok creative as they are managing a Google Shopping feed and keyword bidding strategy.
Key Responsibilities
A. Paid Social Campaigns (Meta & TikTok)
• Plan, execute, and scale paid campaigns across Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.
• Drive full-funnel performance: prospecting, retargeting, and retention campaigns.
• Optimize campaigns daily based on CAC, ROAS, CTR, CPM, and conversion rates.




• Work closely with creative teams to brief and iterate on high-performing ad creatives (UGC, hooks, scripts, formats).
• Conduct A/B testing across creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies.
• Manage pixel tracking, event setup, and attribution (Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel).

B. Paid Search & Shopping Campaigns (Google Ads)
• Plan and execute campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Shopping, Display, YouTube).
• Own keyword strategy, bidding, and budget allocation to maximize conversions.
• Optimize product feeds and manage the Google Merchant Center for Shopping and PMax campaigns.
• Monitor and improve Quality Score, impression share, and cost efficiency.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor benchmarking, and search trend analysis.
• Set up and manage conversion tracking via Google Tag Manager (GTM) and GA4.
