Position :- Power BI Developer with Property & Casualty Insurance
Experience :- 7-10 Year relevant in PowerBI Development & minimum 3 years of exposure in Property & Casualty Insurance Domain
Shift Timing :- 02:00 to 11:00 PM IST
Location:Bangalore

Must HAVE SKILS ::
✅ Minimum 7 Years of relevant experience in PowerBI Development
✅ Must have prior experience with Property & Casualty (P&C;) Insurance domain, minimum 2 Projects / 3 years
✅ Should have experience with DAX queries & Data Modelling.

Minimum Skills Required:
• Property & Casualty (P&C;) Insurance domain experience is mandatory
• Solid expertise in SQL, including advanced joins, indexing, query optimization, and stored procedures.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling techniques.
• Proficiency in ETL tools such as Azure Data Factory, SSIS,



or equivalent platforms.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and dimensional modelling (star/snowflake schemas).
• Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance best practices.
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize ETL workflows for performance and reliability.
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines for data solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a 2 PM–11 PM IST shift.
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric (Lakehouse, One Lake, Dataflows Gen2) is a strong plus.
