What we’re building:
• We’re building India’s first beauty commerce concierge, bringing Sephora’s shopping experience to your home. We’ll be the first lifestyle commerce platform for the top 1% (similar to Firstclub for F&B;, CRED for fintech).

• Founders: CEO (ex-BCG, Warburg), CTO (ex-NVIDIA, Even)
• We’re raising ~$7m seed funding led by two of India’s largest VC firms along with a solid set of angels.

Mission & Problem Statement:
• Our mission is to reimagine how people shop - quick commerce made shopping quick; but we will make shopping at home an experiential delight. The goal is to build a category-defining company.
• Problem we’re solving: Today’s platforms are archaic, non-returnable, and not personalized because they were built when India bought cheap products. Someone buying a ₹1,000 lipstick should get a better buying experience than someone buying a ₹200 soap.
• Our solution: We’re building a platform for the top 1% where quick, advisor-led try-and-buy at home,



and personalization are different limbs of the platform (building Sephora for India)

Early Team:
• We’re in our 0 to 1 phase, and we need people who are okay with uncertainty and non-linear outcomes
• We are looking for someone who:
• Is not an ahole; if you are arrogant, we’re not the right fit
• Is deeply interested in the problem statement, not the funding we have raised
• You should enjoy doing IC work (not just “manage” a team or be a “leader”)
• Is a doer first, thinker second (please think about this deeply; do you want to do execution work or more consulting/strategy roles)
• High IQ: can win at board games vs the founders
• Risk-taking appetite, professionally or personally: e.g. started something, joined a 0 to 1 startup earlier, contested student body elections, etc.
• Is willing to prioritize work over personal life for next 1-2 years (i.e. there’s fire in the belly to make it big)
