Qualification• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline.

Experience• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in production chemistry within the upstream oil and gas industry.
• Proven experience in providing technical support, troubleshooting, and optimization of production chemical applications.

Key Competencies & Responsibilities• Demonstrate comprehensive technical expertise across a wide range of production chemistry applications, including but not limited to:
• Corrosion inhibitors
• Scale inhibitors
• Demulsifiers
• Water treatment chemicals
• Biocides
• Oxygen scavengers
• Enhanced Oil Recovery (EOR) chemicals
• Other production chemicals used in upstream oil and gas operations
• Conduct technical evaluations, performance assessments, and case studies related to production chemical applications.
• Investigate operational issues,



identify root causes, and recommend corrective and preventive measures to optimize chemical treatment programs.
• Evaluate chemical performance and provide recommendations to improve production efficiency, asset integrity, and operational reliability.
• Possess sound knowledge of upstream production facilities, production processes, and production chemistry principles.
• Provide technical guidance and support for chemical selection, application, monitoring, and optimization.
• Prepare technical reports, recommendations, and presentations based on field data and laboratory results.
• Work closely with operations, production, laboratory, and engineering teams to ensure effective implementation of chemical management programs.
