Job Summary
We are looking for a self-driven, highly motivated, and detail-oriented Senior Executive – Asset
Inventory & Stock Management to oversee the company’s asset inventory and stock operations. The ideal candidate will maintain accurate records, ensure effective asset tracking, conduct periodic audits, and strengthen inventory controls to minimize losses and optimize stock availability.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage and maintain the company’s fixed-asset register, inventory records, and related supporting documents.
• Monitor stock movement, including receipts, issues, returns, transfers, and adjustments; ensure
timely reconciliation.
• Maintain accurate inventory data in ERP/software systems and physical registers, with transparent audit
trails.
• Plan and conduct periodic physical stock verification and asset audits across locations.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies, identify root causes,



and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, finance, and operations teams on stock planning,
replenishment, and asset movements.
• Maintain documentation for asset acquisition, tagging, capitalization, transfer, disposal, and writeoff processes.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory, variance, ageing, and asset-utilization reports for
management.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, internal controls, and applicable inventory-management
procedures.
• Identify and implement process improvements that increase record accuracy, traceability, and
operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related
discipline.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in inventory, asset management, warehouse operations, or stock
control.
