Role Description The Relationship Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru North, responsible for building and maintaining long-term client relationships in the real estate domain.



Day-to-day responsibilities include understanding client requirements, presenting suitable residential and commercial property options, and guiding clients through site visits, negotiations, and decision-making. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, banks, legal advisors, and developers to ensure smooth transactions and transparent communication at every stage. The Relationship Manager will track leads, manage client portfolios, follow up proactively, and provide data-backed advice aligned with clients’ investment goals. This position also requires maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, preparing basic reports on client activity, and representing Assettrust’s values of ethical, transparent, and personalized service.
