Key Responsibilities
• Verify POs for item details, quantity, rates, taxes, terms and delivery timelines.
• Ensure accurate PO preparation as per approved requirements.
• Lead and supervise the PO creation team; allocate work and monitor performance.
• Coordinate with Sales, Inventory, Accounts/Finance and Vendors.
• Identify and resolve PO discrepancies and amendments.
• Track pending POs, approvals and delivery schedules.
• Maintain proper PO records and prepare purchase reports.
• Ensure company procurement processes are followed and reduce PO errors.

Required Skills
• 2–3 years’ experience in Purchase/Procurement/PO Management.
• Strong knowledge of POs and procurement processes.
• Team handling/coordination experience.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/software.
• Strong communication, follow-up and coordination skills.
• Valuable attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Garment, apparel, textile or trading industry experience preferred.
