Role Description The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing recent business opportunities with game and film studios, as well as nurturing relationships with existing clients. This full-time hybrid role is based in Noida,



with a mix of office-based collaboration and some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and lead generation, preparing pitches and proposals, conducting client meetings and presentations, and negotiating contracts in line with company objectives. The role also involves market research within the gaming and entertainment sectors, coordinating with internal art and production teams to align client requirements with studio capabilities, and tracking sales pipelines and performance metrics. The Business Development Manager will contribute to strategic planning, participate in industry events (online and offline), and support brand positioning to expand Creative Cave’s global client base.
Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in business development, sales, and client relationship management, preferably within gaming, VFX, animation, or creative services.
