Role Description This is a full-time Field Sales Executive role based in Shahdol with a hybrid work arrangement,



combining local field activities with some work-from-home flexibility. The role involves visiting retail outlets, distributors, and institutional buyers to promote Grainoxy’s millet-based products, generate new business, and strengthen existing relationships. The Field Sales Executive will conduct product demonstrations, negotiate orders and pricing within company guidelines, and ensure timely collection of payments. Daily responsibilities include tracking sales performance, maintaining accurate records of visits and leads, sharing market feedback with the sales and marketing teams, and supporting promotional campaigns and in-store activities. The role also requires regular coordination with internal teams for inventory, delivery follow-ups, and customer support to ensure a smooth end-to-end sales experience.
Qualifications

• Proven experience in field sales, FMCG or food product selling, and managing retailer or distributor relationships.
