Requirements• B.Tech / M.Tech in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Experience in PCB/Electronics Quality Assurance.
• Knowledge of SMT/THT, PCB defects, and inspection methods.




• Ability to read schematics and manufacturing documents.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Preferred: M.Tech with exposure to RF assemblies and prototype manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities• Inspect PCBs for workmanship, solder quality, and component accuracy.
• Verify PCB builds against drawings, BOMs, and test documents.
• Maintain quality records and Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).
• Perform root-cause analysis and implement/coordinate corrective actions.
• Monitor manufacturing processes and coordinate with design, production, and testing teams.
• Ensure the quality of analog, digital, and RF PCB assemblies through inspection, compliance, and process control.
