We are looking for a hands-on Quick Commerce & Marketplace Manager with solid experience managing and scaling brands across Amazon, Blinkit, Zepto, and Swiggy Instamart.

The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of platform backend operations, catalog management, inventory, pricing, promotions, visibility, and advertising.

This is an ownership-driven role focused on identifying growth opportunities, resolving platform-level issues, optimizing ad performance, and scaling revenue while maintaining profitability and ROI.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Platform & Backend Management
• Manage brand accounts across Amazon, Blinkit, Zepto, and Swiggy Instamart.
• Handle end-to-end backend operations, including product listings, catalog management, product mapping, pricing, MRP, promotions, inventory, and stock availability.
• Manage product visibility, activation/deactivation, attributes, content, and dark store/warehouse availability.
• Identify and resolve backend bottlenecks impacting sales, visibility, and availability.




• Coordinate with platform/category/account managers to resolve operational issues and escalations.

2. Advertising & Performance Marketing
• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns across Q-commerce and marketplace platforms.
• Work with different ad formats, targeting options, keywords, and category-level strategies.
• Monitor key metrics, including ROAS, ROI, ACOS, ad spend, revenue, orders, conversion rate, and CPC/CPM.
• Scale high-performing products and campaigns while controlling inefficient ad spend.
• Develop strategies to improve organic and paid visibility.
• Plan promotional and advertising campaigns for major sales and events.

3. Business Growth & Scaling
• Take ownership of overall business performance across platforms.
• Identify opportunities to grow revenue, orders, assortment, and market share while maintaining profitability.
