Role Description The Health Insurance Executive will work full time in office at the Noida location, supporting customers in understanding and selecting suitable health insurance plans. Day-to-day responsibilities include explaining policy features and benefits, assisting with premium calculations, and guiding customers through the application and documentation process. The role involves coordinating with insurance providers and internal teams, handling queries,



and ensuring accurate and timely policy issuance and renewals. The Health Insurance Executive will also follow up with existing and potential customers, maintain records in company systems, and adhere to regulatory and organizational compliance standards. This position requires consistent interaction with walk-in and referred customers, with a focus on delivering clear information and a positive service experience.
