Key Responsibilities
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
• Resolve helpdesk requests promptly, minimizing operational downtime.
• Administer user accounts, network access, and system permissions.
• Safeguard data integrity through routine backups and security protocols.
• Liaise with vendors for procurement, repair, and equipment upgrades.





Required Skills & Qualifications
• 1–2 years of pertinent experience in an IT support capacity.
• Proficient in Windows OS, networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN).
• Adept troubleshooting abilities across hardware and software domains.
• Excellent communication skills with a client-centric disposition.
• Relevant certification (CompTIA A+, Network+) is advantageous.
