We are looking for an experienced SAP HCM Technical Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in SAP HCM, ABAP, interfaces, and data migration/conversion.

?️ Required Skills:
✅ Strong experience in SAP HCM – PA, OM, Time Management & CATS
✅ Hands-on experience in ABAP development
✅ Solid expertise in ALE/IDoc development & support
✅ Experience with inbound/outbound interfaces, troubleshooting & enhancements
✅ Experience in PA & OM data migration/load activities
✅ Knowledge of employee data, organizational structure & relationship data migration
✅ Proficiency in BAPI, IDoc, LSMW, BDC & custom upload programs
✅ Strong knowledge of HR Infotypes
✅ Good understanding of HRP1000, HRP1001 & PA000* tables
✅ Experience with SAP HCM integration scenarios




✅ Ability to prepare technical designs and perform unit testing
✅ Experience supporting deployments and production activities
✅ Good collaboration skills with functional & business teams

? Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and enhance SAP HCM technical solutions
• Design and support ALE/IDoc interfaces
• Perform HCM data migration and conversion activities
• Develop ABAP programs, reports, interfaces and upload programs
• Troubleshoot technical issues across HCM modules
• Prepare technical documentation and unit test cases
• Coordinate with functional consultants and business stakeholders
