Role: Salesforce CPQ QA Engineer
Location: Pune (Hybrid)
Experience: 5+ Years
Type: FTE
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and execute test strategies, test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce applications, with a primary focus on Salesforce CPQ and Sales Cloud.
• Design, execute, and maintain functional, regression, integration, sanity, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for Salesforce implementations.
• Define test workplace and test data requirements, and collaborate with development teams to ensure test readiness.
• Validate Salesforce CPQ business processes, including product configuration, pricing and product rules, quoting, approvals, amendments, renewals, and order management.
• Perform integration testing to ensure data accuracy and integrity across Salesforce objects and integrated systems.
• Prepare, automate,
and execute regression test suites to maximize test coverage and improve release quality.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, product owners, and business stakeholders to clarify requirements and identify defects early in the development lifecycle.
• Conduct sanity testing to ensure applications are production-ready before deployment.
• Track, prioritize, and report defects using Jira or similar tools, ensuring timely resolution.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and automation practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Minimum 5 years of experience in functional and automation testing of Salesforce applications.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce CPQ functionality testing.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud business processes and functionality.
• Expertise in at least one QA automation tool, such as Provar, Selenium, or an equivalent automation fr
