Job Description:

We're looking for a SAP HRM/HCM Consultant to support and enhance our HR systems, covering core HR, payroll, time management, and employee self-service functionalities.

Responsibilities:

• Configure and support SAP HCM modules including Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management, and Payroll
• Handle employee data management and HR process automation
• Support integration with ESS/MSS portals
• Troubleshoot HR-related issues and provide user support
• Assist in HR process improvements and reporting

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in SAP HCM implementation/support
• Knowledge of Indian payroll (or relevant country payroll) is a plus
• Experience with SuccessFactors is an advantage
• Robust communication skills for stakeholder coordination
