Role Description
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Civil Execution Coordinator to join our project delivery team. This role is responsible for monitoring on-site civil works progress, coordinating contractors,



and ensuring accurate site data is captured daily in the project management platform — so that progress tracking, resource allocation, and risk forecasting are grounded in real site conditions. The team operates with an AI-powered project management platform as its primary working tool — all field information must be captured into the platform in real time, and its outputs used to drive delivery. This is a full time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad.

Responsibilities
Civil Works Execution & Monitoring
• Monitor day-to-day progress of civil works including substructure, superstructure, finishes, and external development against the master programme.
• Allocate available resources for critical and scheduled civil works and inform the PSP Project Manager for implementation.
• Coordinate daily site activities across civil contractors, subcontractors, and labour agencies to maintain schedule adherence.
• Identify and escalate schedule deviations, resource shortfal
