Role Description The Area Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City, responsible for driving sales growth and market development for Oswin Ply products within the assigned territory. This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing relationships with architects, interior designers, carpenters, distributors, and retailers,



and ensuring robust brand visibility in the region. The Area Sales Manager will plan and execute sales strategies, achieve monthly and quarterly targets, conduct regular market visits, and gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer preferences. Daily tasks include meeting key customers, conducting product presentations, coordinating with internal teams for order processing and delivery, and preparing sales reports and forecasts for management review. The role also includes supporting marketing activities, participating in local events and trade shows, and providing feedback to improve products and customer service.
