Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Officer role based in Aurangabad. The Human Resources Officer will handle end-to-end HR operations, including supporting recruitment processes, coordinating interviews, and assisting in onboarding and orientation activities.



The role involves maintaining employee records, ensuring adherence to HR policies, and addressing day-to-day employee queries. The individual will support employee relations initiatives, help develop and update job descriptions, and assist in performance management and compliance-related documentation. The Human Resources Officer will collaborate with internal teams to ensure HR practices are aligned with organizational goals and legal requirements.
