Key Responsibilities:
✔ Welcome and assist guests
✔ Handle guest queries, requests & feedback
✔ Coordinate with restaurant, events & operations teams
✔ Manage guest seating and special requirements
✔ Support events, celebrations & corporate gatherings
✔ Resolve guest concerns professionally
✔ Maintain high standards of hospitality and guest service
