Role Description

Role Description – ASM / SM | LAP

Area Sales Manager (ASM)

Drive LAP business across the assigned territory.

Manage and expand DSA/channel partner network.

Lead, mentor and monitor the sales team to achieve business targets.

Develop new market opportunities and strengthen existing relationships.

Coordinate with credit,



operations and other teams for smooth case processing and disbursement.

Ensure quality sourcing and portfolio growth.

Sales Manager (SM)

Generate LAP business through DSA/channel partners and direct sourcing.

Develop new channel relationships and strengthen existing ones.

Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to disbursement.

Achieve monthly business and productivity targets.

Maintain solid market relationships and ensure quality sourcing.

Coordinate with internal teams for timely case closure.

Preferred: Strong LAP/HL-LAP experience, DSA network and knowledge of the local market.

Qualifications

Graduate degree in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Sales, Marketing or Finance preferred.

ASM: 6–7+ years of relevant experience in LAP / HL-LAP / secured lending.

SM: 3–4+ years of relevant experience in LAP / HL-LAP / secured lending.

Strong DSA/channel partner network and local market knowledge.
