Role Description The Fashion Designer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai. The Fashion Designer will conceptualize and design bespoke shirts and suits, develop collections aligned with brand aesthetics, and collaborate with tailors to ensure precise fit and garment construction. Responsibilities include selecting textiles and trims, creating sketches and technical specifications, overseeing fittings, and refining designs based on client feedback. The role also involves staying informed about fashion trends,



contributing to style direction, and maintaining high standards of quality and craftsmanship in every garment.
Qualifications
• Strong skills in Fashion Design and Fashion, with the ability to create cohesive, tailored looks.
• Hands-on experience with Fitting and garment construction to ensure accurate, comfortable fits.
• Knowledge of Textiles, including fabric properties, drape, and suitability for bespoke garments.
• Proficiency in Embroidery and decorative detailing to enhance custom designs.
• Relevant education in Fashion Design or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Ability to work on-site in Chennai and collaborate effectively with tailors and other team members.
• Attention to detail, creativity, and robust visual and technical drawing skills.
• Experience with pattern making, garment finishing, and client-facing design work is an advantage.
