About Role




We're building a lending product inside a large group, but our NBFC is a greenfield entity, which means compliance needs to be built from the ground up,not inherited. You'll own everything that keeps our licence intact. No team to delegate to, no established process to fall back on. If you've been the second person in a compliance team and want to be the first, this is that role.
Responsibilities
• Primary responsibility will include convening board meetings, preparing agendas and drafting minutes, maintaining statutory records, managing ROC filings and ensuring overall compliance under the Companies Act, 2013, RBI/PMLA Regulations and other applicable regulatory requirements for the NBFC-ICC.
• Build the full compliance framework from scratch — AML/KYC policy,IT/cyber security policy, grievance redressal, Fair Practices Code, and everything else the RBI requires of a digital lending NBFC
