Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Associate role based in HSR Layout, Bengaluru. The role involves identifying and qualifying potential leads, conducting market research to understand customer needs and trends, and driving new business opportunities for Bhanzu’s learning programs. The associate will deliver compelling presentations and product demos to parents,



schools, and institutional partners, and follow up on inquiries to move prospects through the sales funnel. Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, collaborating with marketing and operations teams to optimize campaigns, and meeting or exceeding assigned targets. The role also requires clear, confident communication with diverse stakeholders and an eagerness to represent Bhanzu’s mission in-person.
