Role Description The Manager Medical Information Center role is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. The individual in this role oversees day-to-day operations of the Medical Information Call Center, including managing teams handling medical inquiries from healthcare professionals, patients, and other stakeholders. Responsibilities include ensuring accurate, compliant,



and timely medical responses, monitoring call center performance metrics, and implementing process improvements. The manager coordinates closely with Medical Affairs, Pharmacovigilance, and Regulatory teams to maintain current product knowledge and standard response documents. Additional duties involve training and mentoring staff, handling escalated queries, supporting audits and inspections, and contributing to internal documentation, reporting, and quality assurance activities.
Qualifications
• Candidates should possess solid foundational knowledge in Medicine and Clinical Research to manage complex medical inquiries and support evidence-based responses.
