Role Description The Business Development Associate will work full-time on-site at our Noida office, driving growth for Social Angel’s crowdfunding platform.



This role involves identifying and qualifying potential partners, NGOs, hospitals, and corporate collaborators, and generating leads through online and offline channels. The associate will conduct market research to understand donor trends, sector opportunities, and competitive offerings, and use these insights to support outreach strategies. Daily responsibilities include engaging with prospective and existing partners, presenting platform perks, maintaining strong relationships, and providing responsive support to stakeholders. The role also includes tracking performance metrics, preparing reports, and collaborating with marketing and operations teams to optimize campaigns and strengthen Social Angel’s presence in the impact and CSR ecosystem.
