Key Responsibilities
1. Enterprise Marketing & Account Management




• Build and manage robust working relationships with client stakeholders across B2B accounts
• Understand client business priorities, challenges, and marketing goals deeply
• Act as a key point of coordination between clients and internal teams
• Bring proactive thinking, recommendations, and contextual understanding into ongoing engagements

2. Delivery & Operational Excellence
• Drive smooth day-to-day delivery across creative, digital, content, web, and campaign workstreams
• Ensure timelines, quality standards, responsiveness, and operational expectations are consistently met
• Improve delivery coordination, planning, reviews, and communication across teams
• Reduce operational gaps, rework, and workflow inefficiencies

3. Business Growth, Revenue & Account Health
• Meet revenue targets, support account growth through upsell opportunities
• Maintain visibility into account health, delivery risks, workload planning, and operational priorities
