Job Role - Quality Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
• Verify machine BOM, components, part numbers, and specifications.
• Inspect mechanical, electrical, pneumatic assembly and workmanship.
• Conduct machine functional testing in Manual/Auto mode, interlocks, safety, alarms, and cycle time.
• Perform final machine quality inspection and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Coordinate with PLC, LabVIEW, and Assembly teams.
• Maintain inspection records and approve machine readiness for packaging.
Experience -
• 2 -5 years of experience in Quality Inspection / Machine Quality.
• Experience in Automation, SPM, or Industrial Machinery preferred.
• Education - Diploma / BE – Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics
