We are hiring a Senior Manager, Growth (B2B) to build the pipeline for MedhaviOne. You own go-to-market, demand generation, funnel, CRM and analytics across the University’s business verticals, and hand sales-ready opportunities to Business Development and Presales.

The base is built, with 600+ enterprise partners. We now need a growth engine that finds the next ones, and shows what works.

What you will do
You own the B2B growth engine, from first touch to sales-ready.
• Write the go-to-market plan: target markets, ideal customer profiles, buyer personas, and annual and quarterly growth plans.
• Run demand generation across LinkedIn, email, ABM, performance marketing, webinars, industry events, database, content, referrals and partnerships.
• Manage the whole funnel,



from awareness to nurture to conversion, and fix the leaks.
• Own CRM and marketing automation: lead scoring, segmentation, routing, nurture journeys and clean data (Zoho or equivalent).
• Run B2B campaigns with internal teams and agencies. Test constantly, and track attribution and ROI.
• Build target account lists, map stakeholders, enrich data, and qualify prospects on BANT using research and AI-assisted methods.
• Hand sales-ready prospects to Business Development and Presales, with the account intelligence they need.
• Track market and competitor moves, and bring insight to business leaders.
• Report weekly and monthly: dashboards, funnel analytics and recommendations. Numbers first, with the insight beside them.

What you will deliver: MQLs, cost per lead, cost per opportunity, marketing-sourced pipeline, conversion at every funnel stage, and campaign ROI.
