Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
• Manage end-to-end recruitment coordination for open positions across technical and non-technical roles.




• Understand job requirements and coordinate closely with hiring managers to define candidate profiles.
• Draft and post job descriptions on LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed and other relevant job portals/platforms.
• Manage and maintain active job postings, ensuring vacancies are visible and updated across relevant channels.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, databases and other relevant recruitment channels.
• Independently search for and identify relevant candidates using LinkedIn and other sourcing platforms.
• Screen profiles and conduct initial HR discussions to assess suitability, communication, experience, compensation and notice period.
• Build and maintain an active candidate pipeline for current and upcoming requirements.
• Coordinate technical, HR and management interviews and ensure timely candidate follow-ups.
