We are looking for a Analyst - Paid Media with 1-2 years of experience to plan, execute, optimize, and analyze paid media campaigns across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing paid campaigns, analyzing campaign performance, and optimizing strategies to maximize ROI.
This role requires robust analytical skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of digital advertising platforms and performance marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management
•
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant advertising channels.
• Monitor and optimize campaign budgets, bidding strategies, targeting, and performance to achieve business objectives.
Data Analysis & Reporting
•
• Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights based on key performance indicators (KPIs).
Keyword & Audience Research
•
• Conduct keyword research for search campaigns.
• Identify and refine audience segments based on campaign performance and market research.
Ad Copy & Creative Testing
•
• Work closely with the Creative team to develop effective ad copies and creatives.
• Conduct A/B testing to improve engagement, click-through rates, and conversions.
Competitor Analysis
•
• Monitor competitor activities and industry trends.
• Recommend strategies to improve campaign performance and maintain a competitive advantage.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
•
• Collaborate with the Marketing and Web Development teams to improve landing page performance and conversion rates.
• Recommend optimization strategies based on campaign insights and user behavior.
Budget Management
•
• Manage advertising budgets efficiently to maximize return on investment
