We are looking for a fresher who understands technology, is eager to learn current tools, and is interested in building a career in Sales Operations, and B2B SaaS.

Key Responsibilities
• Research and identify potential B2B customers in the US market.
• Build and maintain prospect lists using Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other research platforms.
• Support outbound campaigns using tools such as Instantly, HubSpot, and Zapmail.
• Monitor and maintain email deliverability and domain health.
• Check domain configuration, email health,



bounce rates, spam risks, and overall deliverability.
• Monitor campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Maintain accurate prospect and campaign data in CRM and sales tools.
• Use automation and GTM tools to improve prospecting and outreach processes.
• Support email/domain setup and management, including domains registered through platforms such as Porkbun.
• Collaborate with the Sales and GTM teams to improve outbound strategies and processes.

Requirements
• Freshers are welcome; 0–2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, GTM, Operations, or a relevant internship.
• Good understanding of technology and SaaS concepts.
• Strong interest in Sales Operations, B2B SaaS, sales technology, and automation.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Comfortable learning and working with multiple technology tools
