Job Title: MES Implementation Engineer

Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Implementation Engineer to manage the end-to-end delivery of MES, LIMS, or similar manufacturing software solutions. The role involves customer engagement, implementation, solution configuration, EBR, project coordination, user training, and ensuring successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Own implementation projects from kickoff to go-live.
- Engage with customers to gather requirements and provide implementation guidance.
- Coordinate with Product, Engineering, QA, and Support teams.
- Manage project timelines, testing, user training, and deployment.
- Ensure successful customer adoption and satisfaction.

Requirements
- 5 Years of experience implementing MES, LIMS, QMS, EBR, or similar manufacturing solutions.
- Experience working with manufacturing or regulated industries.
- Good understanding of OEE, GMP, ALCOA+, and manufacturing processes.
- Strong communication, customer engagement, and project coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel for customer implementations when required.
- Valuable to have Japanese speaking skills
