Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Adobe Target Recommendations and advanced personalization strategies (rule-based and algorithmic approaches).
• Strong understanding of experimentation statistics (sample sizing, confidence, significance, guardrail metrics) and decision frameworks.
• Familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud integrations and measurement alignment to ensure clean attribution and reporting.
• Ability to collaborate deeply with design and engineering to implement reusable components and scalable testing frameworks.
• Experience establishing experimentation governance, documentation standards, and optimization backlogs to scale programs across teams.
• Demonstrated stakeholder management skills, including presenting insights, influencing prioritization, and driving adoption of learnings. Positive to have skills: A/B Testing Strategy, Multivariate Testing (MVT), at.js / Adobe Web SDK, Personalization & Segmentation, Experimentation Statistics Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Adobe Target implementations and optimization programs across A/B testing,



multivariate testing, and personalization use cases.
• Partner with stakeholders to define experimentation roadmaps, success metrics, and prioritization aligned to business objectives.
• Design strong test hypotheses, create test plans, and ensure statistically sound execution and interpretation of results.
• Configure and deliver activities in Adobe Target (audiences, offers, experiences, targeting rules), ensuring accuracy and performance.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to implement Target via at.js / Adobe Experience Platform Web SDK patterns and validate deployments.
• Establish QA processes for experiments, including cross-browser/device validation and pre/post-release checks.
• Analyze outcomes, document learnings, and present insights and recommendations to business and technical audiences.
