Role Description The Customer Support Executive (Freshers) role is a full-time, in office position based in Gurugram. In this role, the executive will handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and online channels, ensuring timely and accurate responses. Day-to-day tasks include resolving issues, providing product or service information, escalating technical or complex problems to the appropriate teams, and maintaining detailed records of customer interactions. The role also involves monitoring customer satisfaction,

Qualifications
