We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and results-driven skilled to manage the end-to-end alliance partner contract lifecycle and Alliance Operations. The role will be responsible for onboarding new partners, managing renewals of existing partners, and coordinating contract and approval workflows across Legal, Finance, Compliance, Procurement, CIO, and other business stakeholders and Alliance Operations & Reporting.

The ideal candidate with good working experience in Pipeline Reports and understanding of contract management processes and experience working with agreement types such as Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Partnership Agreements, Reseller Agreements, Teaming Agreements, and other type of contracts will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities
• Prepare weekly & Monthly Pipeline & Wins Report by Alliance, SBU & Service Line.
• Manage the complete lifecycle of alliance partner agreements, from request initiation through execution, renewal, and closure.
• Coordinate onboarding of new partners, ensuring all due diligence, documentation,



and approval requirements are completed.
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, Legal, Finance, Compliance, Procurement, and other cross-functional teams.
• Facilitate contract reviews, negotiations, approvals, and execution while ensuring adherence to internal policies and governance requirements.
• Track and monitor agreement requests to ensure compliance with defined timelines and service levels.
• Maintain accurate records of all contractual agreements, approvals, and supporting documentation.
• Prepare and publish monthly MIS reports, dashboards, and management updates on alliance agreements, partner onboarding, renewals, and key operational metrics.
• Proactively assess business needs for system and workflow enhancements and collaborate with the CIO and technology teams to define, prioritize, and implement system change requests.
