Art-X and Festivals From India is hiring for their client ASIGN, an energetic and proactive Client Services Associate to join their team in Delhi. This role is ideal for someone with an event management or client services background who is comfortable multitasking, thrives in fast-paced environments, and understands the demands of a growing start-up. While the role will initially be focused on backend operations, it offers opportunities to grow into a more client-facing position with increasing exposure over time.

• Robust organisational and multitasking skills; ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines.
• A proactive, “on-your-toes” approach and comfort working in a start-up environment.
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and colleagues.
• Flexibility and willingness to take on both backend and, eventually, client-facing responsibilities

Essential Experience:
• 1–3 years of qualified experience in client services, event management, operations, or related fields.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Interest in art and collectables—prior art world experience is a plus but not essential.
