Role Overview
We are seeking a agile and motivated Senior Consultant to join our team in Mumbai. This is a client-facing role that involves close collaboration with the client, internal Palladium teams & vendors. The selected candidate will lead project execution, ensure high-quality deliverables, and contribute to day-to-day operations.
The selected candidate will play a critical role in facilitating operations, development planning processes, stakeholder coordination, monitoring mechanisms, and implementation support across strategic urban development assignments.

Qualifications & Experience




• Postgraduate degree in Urban Management, Urban Planning, Construction Management or a related discipline with BE Civil Engineering or Bachelors in Architecture Preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in urban planning, urban development, public policy, infrastructure planning, knowledge management, documentation, reporting, capacity building, stakeholder engagement, MIS reporting, publication development or programme- management assignments.
• Demonstrate experience working on urban governance, smart cities, municipal administration, urban infrastructure, urban mobility, housing, sanitation, or sustainable urban development projects is preferred.
• Experience collaborating with Urban Local Bodies (ULBs), Special Planning Authorities (SPAs) State Governments, City Development Authorities, multilateral agencies or donor- funded urban programmes is preferred.
