Your role

We are looking for a Team Leader to join the DevOps team in Atlas Copco Group GECIA. This is a pivotal role within the engineering department, overseeing the DevOps and Azure Cloud teams. This individual will be responsible for steering the team towards operational excellence, fostering business growth, and providing technical guidance. The Team Leader ensures the seamless integration of DevOps processes and tools across cloud-based and on-premises environments.

• Set the technical direction for the DevOps and Azure Cloud teams and ensure delivery commitments, quality and timelines are met.
• Maintain a strong awareness of DevOps practices and tooling-CI/CD pipelines,infrastructure as code,automation,containerization and cloud services- sufficient to guide the team and challenge technical decisions;deep hands-on delivery sits with the team.
• Ensure the team's proficiency in a wide range of DevOps tools and processes, both in cloud environments and on-premises setups like Jenkins,Docker, BitBu
