Role & responsibilities
· Manage product costing, profitability analysis, cost control and inventory valuation.
· Prepare standard/actual costing and variance analysis.
· Handle budgeting, forecasting, MIS and monthly cost reviews.
· Drive cost reduction through Kaizen, VA/VE and productivity improvement.
· Support audits and coordinate with cross-functional manufacturing teams.
· Monitor KPIs,
cost savings and management reporting.
Preferred candidate profile
· CMA – qualified in 2020 or earlier.
· 4–5 years’ experience in Costing & Finance.
· Manufacturing/automotive industry experience preferred.
· SAP experience is mandatory – FI/CO/MM.
· Robust knowledge of product costing, standard costing, variance analysis, budgeting & inventory accounting.
· Advanced MS Excel & data analysis skills.
· TPS knowledge preferred.
