? Key Roles & Responsibilities:
• Lead, manage & motivate a team of customer service executives
• Monitor team performance and achieve process targets
• Track daily KPIs such as sales, quality, AHT, attendance & adherence
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback
• Handle escalations and support agents in resolving customer concerns
• Ensure compliance with process and quality standards
• Coordinate with QA, Training & Operations teams
• Identify performance gaps and implement improvement plans
• Prepare and maintain daily/weekly team performance reports
