Business Development Manager – Managed Offices
Location: Gurgaon / Gurugram
Experience: 3– 5 Years (Experience in Commercial Real Estate, Managed Offices, Coworking, Flexible Workspaces, Office Leasing, Hospitality or related industries preferred.)

Role Overview
Looking for a confident and target-oriented Business Development professional to drive sales and client acquisition for Managed Office / Flexible Workspace solutions.

Key Responsibilities
• Generate new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, digital channels and partnerships.
• Acquire corporate clients, CXOs, founders and HR/Admin/Facility decisionmakers.
• Understand client requirements related to location, seating capacity, office configuration and budget.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, site visits and workspace tours.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and closure.
• Prepare commercial proposals and negotiate with clients.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain sales pipeline and sales reports.




• Build long-term client relationships and identify repeat/expansion opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding.

Requirements
• 3–4 years of experience in Business Development / B2B Sales.
• Experience in Commercial Real Estate, Managed Offices, Coworking, Flexible Workspaces, Office Leasing, Hospitality or related industries preferred.
• Strong client acquisition and sales experience.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable interacting with CXOs and senior decisionmakers.
• Strong networking and relationship-management skills.
• Target-driven, confident and well-presented.
• Good knowledge of CRM and MS Office.
