• Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling. Foster a positive work setting
• Stay up-to-date with labor laws, regulations, and industry trends. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to employment practices, health and safety, and labor relations.
