This is a full time role based in our offices in Pune, India.

As Hansen continues to scale its commercial operations, accurate, connected data is critical to better customer and growth decisions.



This newly created role will build the foundations of Hansen’s commercial data and insights capability from the ground up. There is no commercial analytics capability and no central data platform in place today, so you will design the data model, the pipelines that feed it and the reporting built on top, drawing on CRM, marketing automation, finance and other commercial systems.
During the first 12 months you will partner closely with IT and business stakeholders to design and implement the data infrastructure, data flows, metric definitions, reporting standards and self-service dashboards the organisation needs. Alongside that you will own the standing commercial reporting cycle and the calculation and reporting of variable compensation outcomes against approved plans.
