Social Media Strategist / Content Creator – Gen ZWe’re looking for someone who practically lives on Instagram.
Someone who knows what’s trending before everyone starts using it, understands why some reels get shared instantly while others are skipped, and can turn even a simple idea into content people want to watch, save, share and talk about.
No prior work experience required.
We care more about your creativity, Instagram instincts and ideas than your CV.
What you’ll do• Create fresh ideas for Reels, posts, carousels, stories and campaigns
• Spot trending audio, formats, memes, hooks and content styles
• Write catchy reel hooks, captions and relatable social copy
• Brainstorm concepts that have the potential to go viral organically
• Understand what makes people stop scrolling in the first 2–3 seconds
• Help shoot and conceptualise short-form content
• Keep track of Instagram trends, creators and competitors
• Experiment with content and understand what worked — and why
• Build content that feels current, relatable and not like an ad

Who we’re looking forYou could be a fresher,



college graduate or someone who simply loves creating content.
You should:
• Be Gen Z and extremely Instagram-savvy
• Have a strong sense of humour, trends and pop culture
• Naturally think in terms of reels, memes, POVs and hooks
• Be comfortable appearing in content occasionally — a bonus, not mandatory
• Have good communication skills
• Be curious, experimental and full of ideas
• Know basic Canva/CapCut or other editing tools — preferred but not compulsory
