Project Manager (FF&E; & Hospitality Projects)

Wood Couture is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of bespoke furniture and FF&E; projects for luxury hospitality and high-end residential clients.
The role will oversee commercial, technical, production, and logistics functions, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with Wood Couture’s quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and delivery strategies.
• Lead and coordinate Project Coordinators, Technical, Production, and Logistics teams.
• Manage client communication, project requirements, variations, and approvals.
• Review technical drawings, specifications, and material requirements.
• Monitor production schedules, quality standards, procurement, deliveries, and installations.
• Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation plans.
• Track costs, profitability, project KPIs, and client satisfaction.




• Prepare regular project reports and updates for management.

What We’re Looking For:
• 5-7 years of project-management experience in FF&E;, bespoke furniture, joinery, hospitality, or luxury residential projects.
• Experience managing commercial, technical, production, and logistics activities.
• Strong understanding of furniture manufacturing, production processes, supply chain, and site installation.
• Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, project-management tools, CAD software, and inventory systems.
• PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or a relevant project-management certification is an advantage.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder-management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
