Job Description:
We are seeking a diligent, articulate, and detail-oriented Legal Associate to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will bring foundational legal experience and a keen eye for detail, with a strong command over legal drafting and document review.
This position demands a proactive legal professional with a solid understanding of commercial laws, contract management, and corporate governance frameworks. The Legal Associate will be expected to work independently on routine legal matters and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on complex transactions and regulatory issues.

Key Responsibilities:
• Drafting, reviewing, and vetting a wide array of legal documents including:
• Commercial contracts
• NDAs, MoUs, service agreements, vendor agreements




• Employment-related documentation
• Compliance and regulatory filings
• Legal research and analysis
• Coordinating with external counsel
• Supporting internal teams on legal and compliance queries
• Managing contracts and legal records
• Assisting in legal policy development
• Staying updated on relevant legal and regulatory changes

Skills & Competencies:
* Excellent written and spoken English
* Strong knowledge of Indian Contract Act, Companies Act, and related laws
* Proficient in legal research tools and Microsoft Office
* Analytical, organized, and detail-oriented
* High professionalism and discretion
* Ability to multitask and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in corporate legal departments or law firms
* Familiarity with regulatory compliance
* Knowledge of data protection and privacy laws is a plus
