• ? Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate recent business opportunities and leads through various channels.
• Identify and approach potential clients, projects, dealers, channel partners, and business associates.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, product demonstrations, and site visits.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales and business development targets.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers, and follow up for order closure.
• Coordinate with Technical, Operations, and Customer Support teams to ensure smooth project execution.




• Monitor market trends, customer requirements, pricing, and competitor activities.
• Maintain accurate sales reports, customer databases, and sales pipeline updates.
• Explore new markets and business opportunities for Fire Safety and Surveillance Solutions.
• Be willing to travel for client meetings, site visits, and business development activities.

• ? Qualifications & Experience 0–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Marketing.
• Experience in Fire & Safety, Security, Surveillance, Technical Sales, or related industries will be preferred.
• Diploma/Degree in Engineering, B.Tech, MBA (Marketing), or a related field preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
• Target-oriented with a strong focus on business development and sales conversion.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office and basic sales reporting.
