Position Summary
The Individual Tax Delivery Lead will be based in India and will serve as the operational and execution leader for MYCPE ONE's offshore Individual Tax delivery team, supporting US individual tax compliance and planning engagements end to end. This individual will oversee day-to-day engagement execution, manage the offshore individual tax team, ensure technical quality and timely delivery, and work in close coordination with the US-based Onshore Tax Engagement Lead.
This is a full time, salaried leadership position within MYCPE ONE. It does not carry responsibility for client acquisition or closing new CPA firm relationships. The focus is on operational excellence, execution, and delivery, working within engagements that the Onshore Tax Engagement Lead has already secured and scoped.

Key Responsibilities
Delivery Leadership
• Lead the offshore Individual Tax delivery team supporting US-based clients and CPA firms.
• Own end-to-end execution of assigned individual tax compliance and planning engagements.
• Ensure returns and workpapers are staffed, scheduled,



and delivered on time, particularly around federal filing deadlines and extension cycles.
• Implement and maintain SOPs, review checklists, and delivery workflows for individual tax engagements.

Engagement Execution and Client Servicing
• Serve as a direct point of contact for end clients on day-to-day individual tax matters.
• Coordinate preparation of Form 1040 and related individual filings, including multi-state and part-year or non-resident returns.
• Respond to client requests for information and resolve routine client queries, including estimated payments and notice-related questions.
• Keep clients and the Onshore Tax Engagement Lead informed of engagement status and open items.

Technical Review and Quality
• Review individual tax returns, supporting workpapers, and calculations prepared by the offshore team.
• Apply and enforce IRS regulations, individual tax compliance requirements,
