Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Business Process Expert to drive process discovery, modeling, transformation, and automation initiatives. The ideal candidate will help translate complex business operations into standardized, automation-ready workflows and support the adoption of AI-driven process execution frameworks.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end business process discovery, analysis, decomposition, and transformation.
• Develop and maintain As-Is and To-Be process models using BPMN 2.0.
• Define process roles, decision points, controls, handoffs, exceptions, and governance mechanisms.
• Translate business workflows into detailed, machine-consumable process specifications.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, automation, and AI teams to design scalable workflow solutions.




• Drive process standardization, optimization, and automation initiatives.
• Support workflow orchestration, business rules management, and Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) processes.

Required Skills
• Strong expertise in BPMN 2.0 and Business Process Modeling.
• Experience in Process Discovery, Process Architecture, Process Decomposition, and Workflow Modelling.
• Hands-on experience with BPM/Workflow platforms such as Camunda, Pega, IBM BPM/BAW, ARIS, or Signavio.
• Understanding of process governance, business rules, exception handling, and workflow orchestration.
• Experience building automation-ready and AI-ready business processes.
• Solid stakeholder management and consulting skills.
